In 2016, we decided to move the boat to our
familiar cruising grounds in New England.
We wove our way through four of the Great Lakes, rode down some
canals, and followed the Erie Canal out to sea. Then we swooped
around Manhattan Island and cruised up to Rhode Island, where the
boat stayed for four seasons.
The calendar is pretty sparse, because we only have a general idea what our plans are.
Late May-June | Return to the boat, get launched, and begin our journey north.
June | North Channel and the northernmost parts of Lake Huron.
July-August | Cruise Lake Michigan, this time the northernmost part.
September | Prepare for winter storage on Lake Michigan.
Sometime between September and early October | Return to Florida. |
